At our Beauty Parlor, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their LWTSBP  experience. They’re not rules, there are just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

~We are now located in a small intimate setting. Please do Not bring anymore than ONE guest with you.

Snacks and beverages are  for clients being serviced

~Children being serviced, you are welcome to drop off, no more than 10minutes prior to appt time.

You will be contacted 15-30min before they are finished.

Please be back on time to pick them up!!!!

~If you schedule more than one child for services on the same day you can NOT drop them all off at the same time

UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED!

~You must have previous styles taken down and detangle  before your appt time!! there is an Automatic $30 fee if it is not or you will be asked to reschedule if it causes conflict with my schedule and you forfeit you deposit . (you must book this service)

~You must book ALL SERVICES you'll like to have done at the time of scheduling. you cannot add time consuming services at the time of your appt. 

~50% deposits are required for all appts. remainder is due at the time of your appt. NO DEPOSIT ARE REFUNDABLE.(unless I have to cancel or reschedule) If you have to reschedule your appt, you must at least 24hrs in advance to secure your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS

~If you are a last minute cancellation or a no show/no call you forfeit your deposit!!
